Just left Big Woods and man the pit looks great. For those that have run our pit before then you know kind of what to expect. For the new guys and gals their should not be a bad lane. The pit is level from side to side and front to back. We will be racing about 215 feet and we hope to get the depth betweem 30 and 35 inches. The bottom is hard packed sand kind of like what you would find beside the ocean on low tide. We did get it a bit wider this time so we can run at least 3 wide if need be, depending on the number of entries. I saw porkchop taking some pics so maybe he will get them up but if not trust me when I say it looks nice.

Porkchop, Stan, Troy, and the rest of the BIGWOODS CREW you guys rock!
Well guys and girls I want to thank everyone that came out today! Especially our sponsors CANAM, Performance East, Goldsboro powersports, East Carolina, Redline Powersports and Marine Serviced Center! These companies have enabled us to put up some huge purses this year! Heather you did an AWESOME job as always, couldn't have done it without you!<<<Brownie Points Kim thanks for all your help at the races and away! I am not going to lie, since November 15th I have dreaded this day, but now that it is all behind me all I can say is WOW! Great racing, if you didn't get to see it you surely missed in my opinion the best event we have ever had by far! Even without Travis, Dillon managed to find someone to put on a show with, at one point between him Stan and Hunter I just closed my eyes! And you have to give one up to the under dogs riding the Arctic Cats, the Mud Pro was a beast and Kyles Thundercat definately turned some eyes! I could go on all night talking about the good hard racing done by everyone today, but I almost fell asleep driving home, so you can only imagine what its taking to get this typed. Here are the final results:
Lite Stock
1 Mark McKeithan Big Woods ATV/Carolina Mudderz 400 CANAM
2 Mark Hughes No Limit Racing 450 Honda
3 Brian Robbins Game Over Racing 450 Honda
Single Cylinder
1 Tommy Bedford Goldsboro Powersports 700 Arctic Cat
2 Jason Britt 700 Yamaha
3 Mark McKeithan Big Woods ATV/Carolina Mudderz 400 CANAM
Twin Cylinder
1 Dillon Hocutt MUDATV/Gorilla Axle 650 CANAM
2 Stan Gurganus Big Woods ATV/Carolina Mudderz 650 CANAM MAX
3 Plummie Norris NC POWERSPORTS 650 CANAM MAX
Super Stock
1 Jennie Harless MUDATV/Gorilla Axle 800 CANAM MAX
2 Kyle Corbitt Goldsboro Powersports Thundercat
3 Bruce Cline Carolina Mudderz 800 CANAM MAX
OUTLAW
1 Stuart Weeks NC POWERSPORTS 800 CANAM MAX
2 Jennie Harless MUDATV/Gorilla Axle 800 CANAM MAX
3 Bruce Cline Carolina Mudderz 800 Renegade MAX

Once again you all do not know how much we appreciate everything. Thank You to all the racers for puttin on such a great show, and Thank You to the sponsors for making it possible! Please be sure you check out the site www.eastcoastmudracing.com and check out all the sponsors while your there!

The race Saturday was awesome!!! I would have to agree that its the best one I've seen so far. The mud pit was perfect for the race & the racers were awesome. There was some serious competition & I can't wait to see the next race. Great job to all the racers & Bigwoods for a great weekend!

If anyone has pictures from Saturday's race let us know! Thanks
