Prairie 700 question

My buddy has an '05 with 210hrs. He replaced the head gasket and now it back popping through the front carb. We believe the timing is correct. Any suggestions?

1994 Timberwolf 250 4x4 (aka tenderwolf, tenderfoot, T-dub)
bone stock, bald tires and tempermental as hell!!

is the air box back on it. if not it will pop through the carbs

The only other thing I can think of is the timing! I'm not a pro at it though

Hell if we know, he's taking it to KC. It starts and idles fine but the front carb starts popping when you rev it up.
