Running the Property

Postby PorkChop on Tue Aug 12, 2008 8:05 pm

Hey folks it has come to my attention that on Sunday maybe Saturday, a group from Conway ended up running through the Swamp that is now dry off the property and over the barrier that one of our neighbors had run the property line with and managed to end up in his back yard 7 miles from the park and along the way messing up his back yard pretty good. He called Mr. Jimmy today and it has trickeled back down to me so with that I say this. First off noone is mad and our neighbor is still on speaking terms with us. However it appears that the group had to cross a pile of trees laid down approximately 10 feet high to get over to his land and keep riding. Listen..I am all about having a good trail ride but I must let all of you know that until I can get around the entire 3000 acres to flag it with caution tape that I...WE are going to need all of our patrons to use common sense to help us avoid this in the future. Most of our property lines are noticed by looking at the skyline and seeing where the trees have been logged in the past...long straight runs of no treeline next to a mature growth of trees...usually Pines. I apoligize to all of you for not having it clearly marked but I appreciate you help in this matter until I can get it lined off.

Next topic....whoever decided that power braking on the washdown was a good idea to the point of almost catching the treated lumber on fire....you are a DUMBASS...and I trust you were by yourself. Surely noone would hangout with a person with such a small brain..so I realize life must be tough but I ask that in the future you go to Busco Beach or one of our other fine ATV areas..we don't want you back.

Please use the trash barrels provided for litter folks the property is beautiful. Cans are worth money these days...put them back in your cooler.

Thanks again for all of your patronage...we are looking forward to the weekend...PEACE and Love...

If anybody riding with me decides to trespass or otherwise damage a riding facility, I quickly call them out on it. Sometimes people need to be reminded. Look out for yourself, your riding partners and the facility.

Yeah we know, but all of us need to keep an eye out for him. Cause thats the guy that will ruin it for the rest of us. We know there are people out there that dont want this to work, but there are more that want it to work so lets all work together and when someone sees something, not right, let us know or say something yourself. Cause we cant be everywhere or see everything. Thanks Troy.

Ever wonder why you are not suppose to burn treated lumber? Its because one of the chemicals used to treat it is Arsenic! This rubberhead has brought 3 things on himself.
His riding priviliges are getting thin!
He is burning up his clutches on his machine!
He is breathing fumes from a chemical that will kill you!

Duh :?:
